Prof. Ana Maria Nusdeo is Professor of Environmental Law at the Law School of the University of São Paulo in Brazil. She is also the President of the "Law for a Green Planet Institute", a Brazilian NGO focusing on the advancement of environmental law. Her main research interests are new approaches to environmental governance; policy mix experiences in environmental law; economic and distributional issues in environmental policies; climate change policies and accountability in the legal debate.
This lecture is not only addressed to lawyers but to anyone interested in Brazil’s national climate policy after the Paris Agreement. The lecture will be followed by a moderated discussion.
